    • No, we offer free delivery and free shipping services. This is one reason we maintain significantly lower prices compared to competitors.
  2. Where Do You Deliver?
    • Our free delivery services extend to Louisville, Kentucky and the surrounding area. Please check out our Kratom Delivery Areas page for additional information, and if you are still unsure please call us at (502) 305-0193.
  3. What is On-Demand Delivery?
    • On-Demand delivery is equivalent to “immediately”. However, please keep in mind that all orders are on a first come, first serve basis. Average delivery times range between 45-120 minutes.
  4. How Do I Schedule A Delivery?
    • You have the option of ordering online or calling us to place your order. All we need is an address and we deliver immediately. You can also schedule deliveries at a later time or date convenient for you.
  5. What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept cash and credit/debit cards. This includes American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
  6. When Do I Pay?
    • Payment is due on delivery. We carry a wireless credit card machine and payment is due upon delivery. We are currently of installing a payment gateway on our website
  7. Is There A Minimum Order Amount?
    • It is our goal to work with you to stay within your budge, but we aim for a minimum order of $40.00. This can be slightly higher depending on location.
  8. How Do I Place An Order?
    • Visit the Kratom Shop Page. Choose your preferred strain as well as the amount. We use grams as our method of measurement so just remember that 28 grams are equivalent to 1 Ounce.
